The company manufactures ethical pharmaceutical products, over the counter products and the nutraceuticals.
The company and Akorn Inc have joint venture, so the products are licensed to Akorn-Strides LLC. Pharma and contract research and manufacturing (CRAM), are the activities performed by it in two segments.
Net sales rose 57.1% to Rs 166.32 crore comparing a net loss of of Rs 51.68 crore in Q3 September 2008 over net profit of Rs 0.25 crore in Q3 September 2007.
